A Vitivinicultural Heritage of Excellence

“For centuries, the farmhouse has been at the center of Piedmontese rural tradition. These settlements not only represent the agricultural culture of the region, but are true territorial landmarks, with homogeneous soils and coherent microclimates, whose peculiarities shape the identity of our wines.” says Federica Massimelli, President and CEO of Bersano.
The heart of the production lies per the native varieties of Piedmont, each of which tells a unique and complementary story of this land. The Barbera grapes alla maniera di from the Nizza Monferrato settore, the most suitable for the production of Barbera d’Asti. Nebbiolo, grown per the Langhe, gives life to the most classic expression of Barolo. The native Ruchè is cultivated per its chosen land, the hills of Castagnole Monferrato, where it was rediscovered and brought to excellence. Brachetto and Moscato, acceso the other hand, ripen per the sun of the Asti hills, giving the wines freshness and unmistakable aromas.
For us, Piedmont and quality alla maniera di first. Each bunch is carefully selected to guarantee an authentic expression of the territory, allowing us to maintain constant quality even per the most challenging vintages.” explains Federico Orione, Chief Marketing Officer of Bersano.
