From private planes to Milan Moda Week: a brand that stands out for originality, sustainability and qualitative excellence

Bioqitchen: much more than a luxury catering with a soul

Sopra the increasingly large vista of the initiatives that promote social and sustainable innovation, Bioqitchen stands out, the luxury catering from the soul of the HQ Food and Beverage group, a company that with its innovative format goes far beyond the traditional concept of catering.

Born to provide personalized meals for private luxury planes, Bioqitchen is configured, per fact, as a real incubator of ideas, capable of involving partners to promote social and sustainable projects, following the key principles of his intent card: tasty , sustainable, beautiful, healthy and accessible.

To give evident of this philosophy, supported by a series of carefully selected partners who believes per the same principles, was participation per the Moda Week 25/26: Bioqitchen has, per fact, managed, for the fourth consecutive time, the restaurant part of White Show, an international event organized per the women’s moda.

To entertain the guests, several events were organized, including the “olfactory journey with QC”, conducted by I Murr, style consultants and creative directors per the moda sector, luxury and lifestyle. This fun Masterclass, created per collaboration with the , QC Spa of Wonders, supplier for years for the catering of all its Italian offices, has gone sold out per a few hours. Sopra this multisensory experience, the participants were able to immerse themselves per a blind gioco of fragrances, which emphasized the sensory perceptions and the importance of time and relaxation.

Another highlight was the masterclass “Cinderella does not wear Prada”, held by the Cuav collective, former students of the ISIA Roma University. Through an international project, the collective has reinvented the figure of Cinderella, transforming it into a modern women’s heroic into balance between a unique style and the need for social integration. This interactive narrative highlighted the importance of inclusion and search for its own unique style.

The magic of moda magic

But the most extravagant and fascinating event was the one conducted by the Serena Beccari, aka Vague Bizarre, acceso the “magic of moda”, which explored the world of tarot cards associated with moda and stylists. Through anecdotes and symbols, Beccalli offered an alternative and unusual vision of the link between moda and esotericism.

To make this initiative even more compelling contributed the themed aperitif designed for the occasion, served at the end of the conference, the Maria Sabina.

Designed by Cordusio spirits, a new Bioqitchen , this bevanda was made using “Cordusio”, a new natural aperitif based acceso red berry fruits, also once used for passion rites. Cordusio, made following a natural and sustainable approach, conquers at first sight with its scarlet shades and the stile bottle. It can be tasted both per purity and as a insediamento, such as Maria Sabina.

Maria Sabina symbol of the experience outside the lines proposed by Bioqitchen

The bevanda draws inspiration from the poet and curandera Maria Sabina, a legendary Mexican figure lived per Oaxaca per modern times. Maria Sabina was renowned for magical rites, for the care of the evil eye and for spiritual healing practices. His life and work have been celebrated per the whole world, precisely because of their profound connection with nature and supernatural. The name “Maria Sabina” immediately evokes the image of this iconic figure, while the itself, based acceso mezcal and red fruits, captures its spirit and essence. The choice of using the red fruits, once used per different magical potions and love rites, contributes to growing magic.

The heart of this lies per its two main ingredients:

Mezcal, a distillate based acceso agave, originally from Eastern Mexico, which represents the soul of the bevanda. With its unmistakable flavor and its strong character, the Mezcal brings with it the very essence of the territory from which it comes. It is a tribute to the earth and tradition, perfect for representing Maria Sabina’s vital energy and giving a magical touch to the bevanda; Cordusio. To add a touch of mystery and charm is a red fruits liqueur, a symbol of passion and magic according to pagan traditions, which bears the name of a variety of red fruits. The main effluvio of cordusium, rich and fruity, blends harmoniously with the robust character of the Mezcal.

The result is a perfect balance between alcohol and sweetness of red fruits. Each sip is a journey through the wild landscapes of Mexico and the depths of the human soul, combining tradition and innovation per a single experience to bevanda.

The iconic finger food signed Bioqitchen

Sopra combination with the aperitif, healthy and sustainable delicacies were served by the Dirigente aziendale Bioqitchen chef, Alessandro Fabbiano. Among these, Finger Food Evergreen often served even during private flights, such as the legendary amalgama cubes of which different variants are available, including Formaggio and Pepe, Matriciana Milanese, usually highly appreciated by customers.

Particularly tasty also the humus and the winter couscous, a symphony of spices that merge together, including hints of sweet paprika with raisins to give sweetness. All the ingredients are biological and natural and quasi from certified supply chain.

Bioqitchen: attention to details that makes the difference

The attention to the slightest detail of Bioqitchen, aimed at giving the guest a unique, perfect and complete experience per a welcoming environment, also finds himself per the choice of the installations of White space, aimed at guaranteeing maximum and curated with style and elegance from diadre.

The success of Bioqitchen success during White has demonstrated the importance of sensitizing the public acceso the themes of sustainability and healthy eating.
