Boiled hake: recipe, how to prepare the fish

Description

Boiled fish is among the lightest and healthiest meals in Italian food. In truth, this latter is typically consisted of in slendering diet plans thanks to its homes, which are outstanding for the body. Boiled hake is the perfect meal for both grownups and kids, and is extremely simple to prepare.


Portions:
4 individuals

Active Ingredients

Laurel 3 leaves; Lemon;.
1 Hake; Olive oil; Pepper as required; Salt to taste; Dry Gewurztraminer 1/2 glass.

Directions

Fill a pan with cold water and include the oil, salt, pepper, dried bay leaves, gewurztraminer and lemon. As soon as the water reaches the boil, include the hake. When it pertains to the boil once again, let it prepare for another 10 minutes. We leave the fish to cool in water for a minimum of 1 hour and eliminate it from its water. We serve with oil, salt, pepper, lemon and parsley.
