Thanks to the historic hydroelectric power plant from 1904, a photovoltaic system and a heating system powered by wood from the company’s forests, the mesi estivi has achieved energy self-sufficiency. Since 2019, chemical herbicides have been eliminated and the entire production follows the SQNPI certification criteria.
Beyond Prosecco: the protection of biodiversity
Alongside the production of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Eccellente DOCG, Conte Collalto stands out for the valorisation of historic and rare vines such as Wildbacher, Verdiso, Bianchetta and Incroci Manzoni. Among the most representative wines, Ottaviano Sui Lieviti Brut Nature stands out, an authentic expression of local tradition and the company’s continuous oenological research.

The origins of the family date back to 958, when King Berengario donated the Montello forest and the curtis of Lovadina to Rambaldo Collalto.
