From the collection of bunches to the tasting quanto a the cellar, passing through the traditional pressing: between the end of August and October quanto a different Italian regions, the opportunities to experience the harvest not only as spectators, but as protagonists, multiply. Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Piedmont, quanto a particular, have structured real tourist-didactic harvest programs, designed to make the work quanto a the vineyard and the local wine heritage known closely.

Friuli-Venezia Giulia: between conviviality and technical study

Durante Friuli Venezia Giulia, nine cellars of the wine road and flavors gara open their vineyards to families, enthusiasts and experts, each with a different motto. There are those who offer convivial days with a snack ora lunch between harvesters, such as Colutta quanto a Manzano ora Tonutti quanto a Adegliacco; Those who centro the technical deepening, like the two towers quanto a Tricesism, who combines a dinner quanto a the vineyard quanto a the farm; And those who support the activities quanto a the field moments of tasting quanto a the historical cellars, as Count of Attimis-Maniago quanto a Buttrio. Some companies, such as Gelind of the Magredi quanto a Vivaro ora Orzaia quanto a Fontanafredda, have conceived family -sized experiences, with barefoot pressing, walks with the alpaca and tastings of typical products. There is voto negativo lack of proposals related to the knowledge of the territory and its peculiarities, such as the vintage experience quanto a Collio proveniente da Gradis’ciutta quanto a San Floriano del Collio, which combines manual collection with a centro the terroir and organic viticulture.

The model was formalized quanto a 2023 with a of understanding between Promoturismofvg and the National Association of the City of Wine, first quanto a Italy, to enhance the didactic harvest as a tool for tourism and cultural promotion. The dates and booking methods are available the official regional tourism portal.

Piedmont: small producers and hills UNESCO

Also quanto a Piedmont, between Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, the beginning of autumn becomes an opportunity to approach the country life. Here the didactic harvest is proposed above all by small family -run cellars and provides for a path that begins with the reception, continues between the rows with scissors and cassettes, and ends with the visit to the cellar and the tasting of the wines. The activities vary from company to company and may include pressing, moments of conviviality ora entertainment for the little ones.

Among the appointments, Casolare Fontannette organizes the harvest festa for three weekends: two days of harvest and guided harvest, visit to the vineyards and the cellar, and a lista that combines typical dishes such as plin ravioli and hazelnut cake with the wines of the house, from Nebbiolo to Moscato.

Durante both regions, the rete is to discover a job that requires commitment and competence, but which retains a strongly community and traditional dimension. Participating does not only mean learning how to select a bunch ora how you work quanto a the cellar, but also share the rhythm of the countryside and the conviviality that accompanies this moment of the year.
