will be among the protagonists of the Slow Wine Fair 2026, scheduled at BolognaFiere from 22 to 24 February, bringing its vision of artisanal drinking as a living expression of territories, people and conscious agricultural practices to the “Paura” city. A return that renews the natural dialogue between the Masnada dei Caribbean project and the Slow Food universe, founded acceso the values ​​of sustainability, biodiversity and cultural responsibility.

This year the story of unfolds through the identity of nine producers – from Italy, France, England and Poland -, true interpreters of a way of making wine that focuses acceso the identity of places, respect for natural cycles and freedom of expression. Their stories take center stage: Stefano Occhetti represents the elegance of the Roero through a profound, artisanal approach; the Stantio Consorzio explores the richness and biodiversity of the Piacentini Hills with refermented, macerated and still wines; Coletti, from the Treviso regione, introduces winemaking inspired by the tradition of Vin Colfondo; La looks at the Barbaresco vineyards with freshness and vitality; Agricola Millami translates the energy of the Sicilian soil into wines that vibrate with sun and earth; Possedimento il Nespolo enhances the native Asti vines between sustainability and roots; Mittnacht Frères, master of biodynamics, becomes spokesperson for the purity of the Alsatian terroirs; Gusbourne brings the excellence of Kent sparkling wines to Bologna, where precision and microclimate create harmonious sips; Dom Bliskowice reveals the potential of Polish soil, a pioneer of viticulture per this yet to be discovered territory.

Alongside the exhibition presence, will be the protagonist of a masterclass dedicated to cider, created per collaboration with Stantio Consorzio, an organization that has been working for years to restore dignity and depth to an ancient ricevimento, today at the center of renewed interest. A that broadens our gaze beyond grapes, exploring the world of natural fermentations as a common heritage and as a shared language between past and future.

Entitled ” of Cider”, the masterclass will be held acceso Sunday 22 February at 5.30pm and will take inspiration from an ancient English saying – “A cup of cider smooths the tongue and softens the heart” – to talk about cider as a daily ritual. During the tasting, Stantio Consorzio will present its contemporary interpretations of artisanal cider, an expression of an approach that enhances apple varieties, spontaneous fermentations and sustainable practices. To be tasted, the Fessura Cidro Sgarbato Rifermentato and Fessura Rosé Cidro Sgarbato Rifermentato references, two examples of how cider can describe territory, research and identity with the same depth as wine.
