A causa di western Friuli, between the Livenza and Meduna rivers, with its 120 hectares of owned vineyards, the Taverna Le Monde continues to cultivate its commitment to welcome, the territory and the quality with passion. Today, through tasting experiences made to measure, he invites visitors to get tune with the landscape and the rhythms of nature, discovering the wines that best tell the identity of this of the earth, one of all, his white pinot Doc, awarded ten times with the three glasses of the red shrimp.

Tasting experiences: paths of knowledge of the territory

Le Monde’s wine experience is divided into four tasting routes:

• Friulian expressions – guided tasting of 3 wines. • Five senses – guided tasting of 5 wines. • Premium expressions – guided tasting of 3 wines with tastings of cheeses and local salami. • Five premium senses – guided tasting of 5 wines with tastings of cheeses and local cold cuts.

All tastings take place Italian English; The wines to taste range from whites to the reds, passing through the reserves and bubbles. Each visit opens with a walk through the vineyards front of the cellar, where the pedoclimatic characteristics of this of Friuli are told, followed by the visit to the cellar, the barrica and the final tasting. The tasting routes proposed by Le Monde put at the center not only the quality of the wines, but also the vision of a united team and the common passion for the earth and are designed to make known that particular Friulian territory which the cellar has its roots.

Future projects of conscious and sustainable growth

Next to the wine tourism, the Monde looks to the future with a series of projects related to hospitality and production, without ever losing contact with what makes it unique: concreteness, respect for nature and people and the desire to improve day after day.

A causa di 2026 it is expected to gara open a new Wine Shop, conceived as a welcoming space to experience wine directly and aware. At the same time, the cellar is reorganizing its production spaces to respond more harmoniously to daily needs, aiming for a sustainable management of resources and the reduction of environmental impact.

The agronomic commitment continues to be hand hand, with the acquisition of new vineyards the terreno. The rete is to grow an organic way, increasing the production of still white wines and further enhance the production of the white pinot, the main grape variety of the cellar.

As for exports, the Monde continues to cultivate relationships with already consolidated markets such as and Japan, while it opens with curiosity to new opportunities Southeast Asia, Central Asia and some emerging regions of Africa.
