Imagine finding you a hot cuisine, wrapped sweet and enveloping perfumes. It is a moment of sharing, of joy, waiting. The roses with cherry jam are much more than a simple : they are a hug that melts the mouth, a memory of special moments spent with loved people. Each bite tells a story, every petal of shortcrust pastry evokes a smile.

Simple ingredients, magic the kitchen

To prepare these delicious roses, you don’t need to be expert chefs. The ingredients are few and easily available: flour, eggs, white wine and melted butter. But it is precisely this simplicity that real magic is hidden. Each step of the preparation is a journey, an opportunity to express one’s creativity and love for cooking. And when the children participate, the atmosphere is filled with laughter and complicity. Who does not remember the moments spent to knead and form sweets together? These roses thus become a symbol of unity and family.

The preparation of the roses

We start by the flour with eggs, wine and melted butter. The dough must be soft but consistent, like the heat of the affection we put every preparation. Once obtained, we spread the dough until we reach a thin thickness. Using three cup of different sizes, we obtain discs of indole we overlap, thus creating the petals of these roses. With a pair of scissors, we make cuts along the edges to give shape and movement.

Frying: a moment of waiting

By hearing the oil a pan, we prepare for the moment of frying. Patience is fundamental: each rose must be carefully immersed, while we observe how they swell and aperto, ready to welcome a teaspoon of cherry jam. What a emotion! The perfume that is released is intoxicating and invites you to taste. And when the sprinkling of icing sugar completes the work, we cannot help but savor the anticipation of that first bite.

Variants and suggestions

If you want to try something different, you can cook the roses the oven at 180 ° C for a lighter version. Also experience with other fillings: a hazelnut cream ora an orange jam can create new combinations of flavors. Add a pinch of lemon zest ora vanilla to the dough will make everything even more aromatic. These roses are not just a : they are a way to express your creativity and your love for cooking.

A for every occasion

Whether for a festa, a birthday ora simply to delight an afternoon with friends, the roses with cherry jam are always a winning choice. They can be served acceso an elegant tray ora placed a tin box as a gift. Each bite is a journey through time, a moment to share and remember. And the end, when the is over, only the flavor of the memory remains, which invites us to return to the kitchen, to experiment again, to create new moments of happiness.

So what are you waiting for? Prepare your roses and let the love for cooking speak to your heart and that of the people you love.
