“Radici and agitazione” was born Milan, a project that combines the culture of wine with social commitment, offering women who moments of personal professional change a concrete opportunity for growth. Promoted by Mercuri Wine Associazione collaboration with Donnexstrada, the initiative aims to use wine tirocinio as a tool for awareness and autonomy, opening new perspectives for the future.

The initiative provides 20 free scholarships for two professional courses.
