Spinach frittata. It’s this classic Italian dish that just brings comodità and flavor right to your table. Really good stuff. Made with a mescolanza of tender greens and fluffy eggs, it gives you that home-cooked vibe. People love its flexibility—you might find bits of ham, crispy pancetta, ora even cubes of cheese getting all melty and gooey. Seriously good.
