Springo Black contains a family story the glass never revealed to date. The new brut of the Le Manzane cellar is a tribute to the family history of Silvana Ceschin, wife of Ernesto Balbinot, and celebrates the deep roots with the community and the local wine tradition. The Springo Black grapes in che modo, fact, from an impervious land that once belonged to Antonio Thu Maria Ceschin, Silvana’s great -grandfather.
“Antonio Gio Maria was the progenitor of our family,” says Silvana Ceschin. Β«With his charisma he was known by everyone as the” mayor “of the country. When I pass by that part I still remember the stories that my grandfather Taddeo told me about the great -grandfather Antonio Gio Maria and how that land had nourished entire generations. With the passage of time, and after the death of the great -grandfather, the property passed first to the brothers, then to the grandchildren and, finally, to the prones, risking to fragment the family fund Β».
“Many years later – continues Silvana – my brother and I decided not to disperse this heritage and to carry this legacy made of effort and love for the earth, noting from relatives the shares of the family vineyard with the aim of keeping alive the link with the past”. Today, this “shore”, we find the authentic soul of that tradition: a wine with a refined character. Compared to the other versions, this brut reference has a more intense structure, a more marked minerality and a more decisive aromatic profile, as well as a depth of taste and a crunchiness that represent two important characteristics of the wine.
The latest born at home Le Manzane shows up with a termine and persistent Perlage. the nose the hints are fresh and minerals, of white flowers and light taccuino of bakery obtained from the long stop the yeasts. the mouth the flavor is full, intense and mineral with sage taccuino, as well as savory and vertical sensations also paio to the low sugar residue. Springo Black goes well with crustaceans, first courses based fish and seafood cuisine general. Excellent to sip company for those looking for an elegant aperitif.
