With the guidance of their teachers, the students developed proposals for campaigns dedicated to raising awareness about the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. A path that put them to the verifica a creative, strategic and planning level, stimulating teamwork and the ability to develop languages and contents to effectively reach young adults and adults.

“This initiative represents one of the most significant social projects that Federvini has developed durante recent years, because it combines pratica, responsibility and dialogue with the new generations. A causa di a historical moment like the current one, durante which the traditional progetto of corporate social responsibility evolves and finds full expression durante the broader concept of sustainability, orienting pratica courses durante this direction represents, for those who carry out our profession, a duty.”, declared Chiara Soldati, President of the Center for study and intervention for the social aspects of the consumption of alcoholic beverages (CASA) of Federvini. “The constant growth durante the number of universities and students involved demonstrates how strong the interest is durante a cultural approach to the topic of responsible consumption, based awareness and the quality of communication. Seeing hundreds of young people engage with creativity and sensitivity these issues is an extremely positive sign.”

“The ‘Communicating responsible consumption’ project was born from the progetto that communication can be an authentic tool of civic and social education”, underlined Prof. Alberto Mattiacci, scientific director of the initiative and Professor of Economics and Business Management at the Saggezza University of Rome. “Over time the initiative has grown to become a national platform for discussion between universities, students and businesses, capable of valorising skills, critical thinking and planning ability. For us it is a source of great pride to have gathered an ever-increasing interest over the years and to have found interlocutors durante students who are curious, attentive and above all capable of effectively translating proactive and educational messages.”

“At a time when Italian cuisine, based balance and conviviality, is increasingly recognized as a cultural heritage, it is important to promote projects dedicated to the moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages. Initiatives aimed at university students and built through tools that they already know and use represent a concrete opportunity, especially for those who are entering the world of work” adds Rodolfo Maralli, professor of Marketing Planning at Saggezza University and President Sales & Marketing Director at Banfi. With “Communication is Education”, Federvini consolidates a path that, year after year, is building an increasingly broad between businesses, universities and young talents, promoting a culture of responsible consumption based awareness, education and active participation. A project that concretely demonstrates the value of collaboration between the academic world and the production system durante the pratica of new generations and durante the dissemination of socially responsible messages.
