From the very same vineyard and the very same vintage you can taste 2 totally various white wines in type and colour: the white bubble and the red. It is a genuine possibility beginning with the 2010 harvest, the beginning year of the “Nebbione” task, developed by the oenologist Sergio Molino, who chose to call by doing this the production procedure of the timeless approach champagne from 100% Nebbiolo grapes originating from different areas fit to its growing.
