167 years after its foundation, Fontanafredda continues to build a value and production model based respect for the land and for people, a path that began sopra the 90s and was structured with the publication of the first Sustainability Report of 2020. SOCIAL WELL-BEING FOR A NOBLE AND CONSCIOUS LIFE The human and social dimension emerges at the center of the 2024 Budget. Fontanafredda has strengthened its welfare policies by introducing a free company psychological desk for all employees, to support psychological and relational well-being. The programs for families have been confirmed, with free summer camps for the children of collaborators, health policies, extra contractual bonuses and the annual scholarship intended for students of the “Umberto I” Wine Institute of Albore, to support the new generations.
