The sixth edition of Beviamoci Sud Roma – Foodmakers.it is coming

The sixth edition of Beviamoci Roma, the most important event quanto a the capital aimed at valorisation and professional communication, will be held from 7 to 9 December 2024 at the Palatino quanto a Rome, quanto a a central and strategic position a stone’s throw from the Colosseum. of the wines of our beautiful South.

Acceso the two days of 7 and 8 December 2024 the event will be divided between free tastings at the tasting tables, quanto a the presence of the winemaker, and masterclasses upon reservation and with a limited number of places.

“This year – states Luciano Pignataro – we have doubled the effort regarding the seminars which, for this edition, are scheduled for both Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th December. Four unmissable events where we will delve into the nuances of the Apulian Fosco a motivo di Troia, we will taste the flavors of the Castelli Romani, we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Fortilizio del Maestro with a beautiful vertical and, thanks to the Sardinia Tourism Movement, we will get to know the rare wines of this splendid island .

Quanto a this context – continues Pignataro – I thank Marco Cum and Andrea Petrini for believing every year quanto a this event which represents an important showcase for the wines of our South which, fortunately, have returned to shine the international scene, conquering the most demanding palates. Behind these successes, there is the passionate work of many producers who, with great respect for tradition and an eye towards the future, are creating unique and memorable wines. Let’s ricevimento Roma – concludes Pignataro – is the perfect opportunity to deepen our knowledge of these products by having the opportunity to taste the most representative labels, especially from companies that are still little-known”.

Let’s Ricevimento Rome is also communication and business so the day of 9 December, as usual, will be dedicated only and exclusively to journalists and professionals from the Ho.Imperatore.Ca sector whose presence, quanto a 2023, reached almost 300. Acceso the same day, as already happened last year, the awards will be held both for the Ambassadors of Beviamoci Roma, selected among the commercial establishments with the best wine list quanto a Southern Italy, and for the Excellences of Beviamoci Roma, recognition through the which a qualified jury, chaired by Luciano Pignataro, awards a attestato of merit to the best wines presented by the participating companies.

Monday (only accredited operators) from 11.00 to 18.00
