From 6 to 8 June 2025, the enchanting abbey of Fossanova, per Priverno (LT), will welcome the fourth edition of Della Abbey wines, the event that celebrates the monastic wine tradition through history, culture and tastings of excellence. The event confirms the success format which, per the previous edition, involved more than 4,000 visitors, and will see the participation of over 30 cellars of Italian and international abbeys, secular producers linked to monastic places and consortia. Three days of masterclass, cultural meetings and conferences will animate the abbey, with the tasting desks set up per the suggestive cloister and the Slow Food Village, where it will be possible to discover and taste the gastronomic excellence of the territory. Per the refectory of the abbey, one of the most suggestive places of the Cistercian monastic complex, the cycle of masterclass distributed over the three days of the event will take shape: six meetings designed to deepen the link between wine, culture and territory, led by exceptional speakers from the world of enology and dissemination. Among the key themes, the focolaio acceso Cesanese, the kingdom of bubbles, the vines already known per Roman times, the amphora wines, wine tourism and female vision per the Italian wine scene.

Wine from Abbey: stories of wine from the heart of Laziovini D’Abtedizia is a journey to discover the millennial bond between wine, spirituality and territory. The protagonists of the event are some of the most important Italian wineries, secular producers linked to monastic places and the French Les Vins d’Ababayes. Designed by the journalist Rocco Tolfa, the event is promoted by the wine road of the province of Latina, the Taste Roots cooperative and the Polygonal Association, with the contribution of the Lazio and Arsial Region.
