Val d’oco raises the bar with the new labels "signature" for the banks

Durante fact, Signature Rive was born, the line of excellence of Val d’oca – cellar brand producers of Valdobbiadene addressed to the Horeca segment – which raises the caffรจ with a collection that seals and strengthens the recognizability of the three banks of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Supremo Docg and underlines the path of Val d’Ope towards a premium for catering. The new packaging includes a personalized bottle from the logo – a stylized bunch during the attachment – made with the embossing technique. Durante the section at the apice, the label presents the letter “V”, surrounded by a piastra processed with the microincision, hot printing process that develops a very abile decorative plot. To indicate the sub -area, a red color was used, per mezzo di order to give greater importance and underline the importance of the banks, the hills that characterize the ambiente of โ€‹โ€‹the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Supremo DOCG and from which the grapes of this Val d’oca selection quanto. “We want our customers and admirers to perceive the excellence of wine already at first glance – explains the general dirigente Stefano Gava – The new image of Rive Signatures wants to best represent what is our Prosecco: authenticity and link with the territory of Valdobbiadene”.

The vineyards of the Val d’Ooca

Rive Signature is the result of grapes cultivated acceso the slopes of three hills per mezzo di the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Supremo ambiente DOCG: banks of Divino Stefano Extra Brut, banks of San Pietro per mezzo di Barbozza Brut and banks of Colbertaldo Extra Dry. Three different expressions that tell the peculiarities of the territory: each shore expresses different characteristics of the subsoil. The banks of Divino Stefano are characterized by marly limestone soils with the presence of skeleton. They have a low gabinetto retention capacity and medium mineral content. Those of San Pietro per mezzo di Barbozza are found acceso soils made up of limestone marls with moderately end of yellowish per mezzo di color and benefit from an altitude between 160 and 320 meters above sea level. The banks of Colbertaldo, characterized by steep slopes oriented from east to the west, rest acceso a clayey frank soil. Rive Signature with the new packaging has been acceso the market since the end of 2024.

The land located further north inside the denomination are characterized by the soils rich per mezzo di clay with the presence of skeleton and high depth. Rive by Colbertaldo Valdobbiadene Prosecco Supremo DOCG Extra Dry

Uvaggio: Glera 85%, other grapes 15% Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature, aging acceso the fucce and then autoclave for the grip of the gassosa The banks of Colbertaldo develop from east to the west and have steep slopes, with an altitude that varies from 150 to 300 meters above sea level. The composition of the soils is tendentially clayey Baldanzoso, where the average depth of the roots meets a rocky substrate. The glass shows a beautiful bright straw yellow color with abile and intense Perlage. The complex nose of good intensity varied from the hints of glywes and white flowers, mature yellow apple, mature white fishing and apricot, aromatic herbs, light roasting.
