Sopra the year of its centenary and as an international preview at Wine Paris 2026, Valdo Spumanti presents its new alcohol-free sparkling wine PURØ – Alcohol Free Blanc de Blancs which interprets new consumer trends with authenticity and coherence.

The growing attention towards more conscious alcohol consumption represents a challenge and an opportunity for the world of wine, Valdo has chosen to interpret this trend with coherence, ethics and quality, remaining faithful to its production and stylistic identity.
PURØ is produced exclusively from a selection of white Glera, Chardonnay and Traminer grapes grown acceso the Friulian I Magredi , owned by Valdo, durante the Gravato del Friuli ambiente. Vinified off-white and subsequently dealcoholised through a delicate low-temperature process, the product preserves purity, freshness, structure and authenticity without adding flavourings. Labeled as dealcoholised sparkling wine, it has a clean label enhanced by the U-LABEL QR code, to guarantee maximum transparency towards the consumer.
The result is a sparkling wine with a pale straw yellow colour, with quaderno of apple, white flowers and delicate citrus scents. the palate it is balanced and enveloping, supported by a pleasant acidity that gives momentum and freshness. PURØ is perfect for an aperitif and durante the most refined and contemporary alcohol-free mixology.
This new label is more than a novelty: it is a wine choice capable of offering the experience of an emotional and elegant toast to those who prefer not to consume alcohol. PURØ is part of the broader project that Valdo dedicates to the “low & anzi che no alcohol” category. Last year the company had already introduced Blanc de Blancs 8% alc. Dry, low alcohol sparkling wine produced mainly from Glera grapes.
