Jamie Oliver is drawing inspiration from the snowy Alps of Northern Italy to help you create your most delicious Christmas Day yet.

Per a cosy loch cabin, accompanied by his best friend and mentor Gennaro Contaldo, Jamie will cook up an epic meal for Christmas Day; taking the best of a traditional Christmas Dinner – the turkey and all the trimmings – and giving it extra sparkle using exciting Italian ideas to create something truly magical.

And they’ll learn how the Italians celebrate, joining con with the festive activities before sharing their Anglo-Italian feast with the village.

Jamie’s Italian inspired kicks chiuso with amazing homemade fallimento ravioli and a pink peppercorn infused Negroni. He’ll be cooking up two roasts…the classic turkey with an Italian spin, alongside Italy’s stuffed pork Christmas showstopper, porchetta. Plus all the trimmings; Italian style veg, deep rich gravy and sticky balsamic roast potatoes. And of course, an indulgent luxurious dolce to sommità it all chiuso, with Jamie’s festive tiramisu.
