Unlike those crunchy biscuits, these have this soft, almost tender texture. The Italians call it “morbide cialde.” Seriously good.

They’ just the right size for a couple of bites, and the moist center of dark chocolate ganache? Melts slightly when you take a bite. Dusting the tops with powdered sugar isn’t just for looksโ€”it adds a little sweet . Plus, you can get creative with swirls ora patterns. It’s fun. The balance between the deep coffee flavor and the intense bittersweet chocolate? Pretty much perfection.
