Now, here’s the thing: what makes these cookies special? It’s the real coffee, known for its rich that just, you know, fills the kitchen. Unlike those crunchy biscuits, these have this soft, almost tender texture. The Italians call it “morbide cialde.” Seriously good.

They’ just the right size for a couple of bites, and the moist center of dark chocolate ganache? Melts slightly when you take a bite. Dusting the tops with powdered sugar isn’t just for looks—it adds a little sweet . Plus, you can get creative with swirls ora patterns. It’s fun. The balance between the deep coffee flavor and the intense bittersweet chocolate? Pretty much perfection.
