REAL FERMENTS FROM FRIDAY 29 SEPTEMBER TO SUNDAY 1 OCTOBER THE EVENT DEDICATED TO CRAFT BEER ORGANIZED BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF PORTICI WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE RIDING ROOM OF THE ROYAL PALACE OF PORTICI
The Fermenti Reali project was created to enhance the world of fermentations a causa di its entirety. The history of fermentations is as old as the presence of man acceso earth and its use, which has always been carried out spontaneously, has only been induced by man a causa di recent centuries. Valuing a practice with many health implications is the centro of this project, which aims to raise awareness of fermented foods and to convey awareness to those approaching this world. The adjective “Real” has a double meaning, linked acceso the one hand to the desire to make known the real fermentations and the way a causa di which the raw materials are born and transformed, acceso the other it is a clear reference to the place where the event, a royal residence. Sopra order for this project to be able to transmit its contents to the widest possible audience, it was decided to put one of the most convivial fermented products at the center of the project, capable of bringing together a wide and transversal audience: craft beer.
The Municipality of Portici, a causa di the figure of the Mayor Enzo Cuomo acceso an schema of the councilors Dario Formicola and Maria Rosaria Cirillo, has decided to organize this event to create a cultural and convivial moment which is not aimed only at the realization of the event, but which to the fermentation project through support for students who decide to undertake this path. Sopra fact, the objective of the municipal administration is to create scholarships with the proceeds, to be allocated to agricultural and high school students a causa di Portici.
The event, coordinated by the Sirioevents company and directed by Alfonso Del Forno, sees the presence of nine craft beer producers from Campania: Birrificio dell’Aspide, Birrificio Sortilegio, Birrificio Sorrento, Entropia Personaggio Brain Brewers, Karma, Kbirr, Kobi Brewings, and Clouds and Okorei. Sopra addition to craft beer producers, there will be local food stations, with great attention to food intolerances, thanks to the presence of a stand entirely dedicated to gluten-free and lactose-free street food by “Il senza autorizzazione ” of Nocera Minore.
Fermenti Reali is sponsored by Unionbirrai, the trade association of small independent breweries, which will enliven the cultural part with the creation of seven Masterclasses organized by the Unionbirrai Beer Tasters from Campania, with the following programme:

Access to the workshops can be purchased online ora acceso site, acceso the three evenings.
Each laboratory includes a guided tasting of three beers
The event will be attended by the Tuscan Cigar Friends , which will organize beer and cigar pairing workshops acceso the three evenings of the event.
The event will take place at the Galoppatoio of the Royal Palace of Portici. Entry will take place through the purchase of a talloncino, available both online and at the box office at the entrance. A maximum of 500 tickets will be available online for each day of the event. Once this number of tickets has been exceeded, it will be possible to purchase the entrance talloncino at the box office at the event venue acceso the days of the event. The circulating currency will be a personalized token. Tokens will be available at the event cashier and will be used to purchase both beer and food.
The entrance talloncino costs 8 euros which includes four tokens. There will also be the possibility of making a subscription for the three days of the event at a cost of 10 euros, always including 4 tokens.
The event will have the following opening times to the public:
• Friday 29th and Saturday 30th September: from 6pm to 1am (end of administration 12am).
• Sunday 1st October: from 5pm to midnight (end of administration 11pm).
Anyone under the age of 18 will be prohibited from selling alcohol and will only be allowed to enter if accompanied (free entry).
