From the heart of Valdobbiadene Docg to Valbelluna, the Andreola winery represents a heroic viticulture since 1984. Here, between steep hills and fascinating landscapes created by the nature and work of man, the vine receives continuous treatments, with traditional methods and innovative technologies, for a result of authentic quality of superior prosecco. The company was born from the vision of Nazzareno Pola – father of Stefano Pola who today guides the cellar – who per 1984 decided to found the Andreola Orsola winery, name inspired by the owner mother of about 4 hectares of land. The will is to start producing wine with your own label and not selling grapes to other cellars anymore. And with this choice a path of enhancement of the territory and the search for quality is started, which will become the distinctive signature of Andreola. A family story, therefore, per which Tritume works incessantly focusing its commitment awareness that to produce Valdobbiadene Docg it is necessary first of all to understand the territory, starting from its listening and its protection: only per this way, it will be possible to enhance the wine that is born there, the result of the many facets that the land confers and the result of an entirely manual work. Starting from the 2000s, Andreola began investing per machinery and technologies and then, between 2009 and 2016, the brand is renewed, simply becoming Andreola.

Andreola per Valdobbiadene: heroic viticulture, respect, essence of the territory

Andreola’s viticulture is defined as heroic, because most of the vineyards are found extreme slopes, where the work is entirely manual and particular carrucles are used to transport intact grapes to the cellar. The corporate philosophy is based listening to the territory: only by understanding the soil, the microclimate and the characteristics of the hill is it possible to produce excellence wines. Andreola is today a point of reference per the production of the Valdobbiadene DOCG, boasting the greatest number of labels of banks – the specifications of the denomination. The term Rive indicates precisely the slopes of the steep hills, from which wines are born characterized by the expression of the territory through distinct micro areas and of a year (indicated the label). The banks is per fact produced only with grapes from a single municipality ora a village, thus expressing its specific essence. A causa di addition to the Rive line, Andreola also produces the cartizes, the maximum qualitative expression of the Valdobbiadene DOCG, per an terreno of only 107 hectares where microclimate and soil marry per a balance of elegance and structure.
