For the holidays, Cà Rovere offers a rich catalog that combines its bubbles with artisanal products from the Vicenza luogo, offering unique and refined gift ideas to celebrate the magic of Christmas con style. And for those who want to immerse themselves con the festive atmosphere, the Vicenza-based company opens its doors con December with the Après-Vin con the Cellar event, an event that combines the conviviality of bubbles with the evocative winter atmosphere with a touch of charm.

FOUNDER’S CUVÉE TO LIGHT UP THE PARTIES

To accompany family lunches and special dinners, the Sistema Collaudato Cuvée del Istitutore Brut 2013 is perfect: it represents the most prestigious wine of Cà Rovere, a synthesis of the winery’s knowledge and experience con sparkling wines. Of great elegance and personality, it is produced with selected Chardonnay and Garganega grapes from vineyards located con the southernmost portion of the Berici Hills. The vines, trained using guyot and padiglione respectively, have an average age of 15 years and produce very high quality grapes which are harvested manually. The vinification of the sparkling wine centro involves soft whole bunch pressing and fermentation of the free-run must con stainless steel tanks, followed by sparkling winemaking according to the Classic Method and aging the yeasts for 9 years. The result is an elegant and balanced wine, which stands out for its finalità and persistent perlage, its light golden yellow color and a harmonious bouquet of almond, campo da golf apple and delicate balsamic nuances. the palate, it stands out for its marked flavor and extraordinary persistence, perfect to pair with fish-based dishes and medium-aged cheeses.

THE ART OF SPARKLING WINE OF CA’ ROVERE

The Cà Rovere line of sparkling wines includes 7 labels that best express the uniqueness of the terroir and the Italian sparkling wine tradition. The soil rich con limestone, which preserves fossils from a prehistoric sea, gives a delicate flavor, enhancing the distinctive character of the bubbles. Made with Chardonnay, Garganega grapes ora a harmonious blend of the two vines, and characterized by dosages ranging from Brut, Brut Nature, Extra Brut up to Demi-sec, Cà Rovere sparkling wines are aged the yeasts for a minimo of 24 months until at 120 months. Exclusively vintage, they tell the characteristics of each single vintage, enhancing the connection with the territory and the artisanal care that characterizes each phase of production.

APRÈS-VIN IN THE CELLAR: THE MOST CHIC EVENT OF THE WINTER

Scheduled for Sundays con December – 1, 8, 15 and 22 December – Cà Rovere hosts the Après-Vin con Taverna event, an event inspired by the charm of après-ski. The convivial atmosphere of the aperitif combines with the rhythm of the DJ set, including gourmet cicchetti and glasses of bubbles. The event invites guests to immerse themselves con the magic of the holidays with a dress code inspired by the snowy slopes: wool sweaters, sophisticated headwear, seguito furs, glamorous boots and elegant accessories with a mountain twist. Cà Rovere completes the holiday offering with corporate experiences, catered lunches, dinners and tailor-made end-of-year toasts to end the year con the best possible way.
