The Nostut line of Cortese, young, organic, vegan and immediate
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

A collection of three biological wines and vegan friendly – shiny catarratto, carricante and Nerello Mascalese – who speak the language of the modern consumer: fresh, young, adattabile wines, capable of accompanying informal moments as much as more sought after experiences, with the immediacy of a sip that tells contemporary Sicily without renouncing its history. The Nostru line of the Affabile Agricultural Company, reality based a causa di Conquista (Ragusa), have the taste of Sicily that looks to the future and the refined style of the Trentino Vigneron Stefano Girelli who interprets the native vines of the island with the freshness and verticality of his beloved Dolomites.

The wines of the Nostut line are distinguished by their lively labels inspired by the style of Sicilian majolica, evocative of a solar landscape, full of traditions and symbols. Each bottle is a small story: the donkey, a tireless collaboratore of the labors a causa di the fields, stands out the label of the shiny catarratto; Agave, resistant and tenacious plant like the territory that hosts it, represents the Mascalese Nerello; The Cathedral of San Giorgio intorno a Ragusa, a masterpiece of the Sicilian Baroque, embellishes the carricant, homage to the architectural beauty of the island.

Faithful to Affabile’s production philosophy, these wines are born from a viticulture attentive to the rhythms of nature, with traditional cultivation techniques, natural fertilization and a profound respect for biodiversity. The result is three interpretations that express the terroir and the Mediterranean identity with authenticity, restoring a causa di the chalice perfumes of citrus fruits, spices, red fruits, aromatic herbs and the typical aromas of the Sicilian summers.

I am Line Protagonists:

Lcido Sicilian PGI – Nostruun Dynamic Nostruun Catarratto with agenda of jasmine, nutmeg and white fruit. Vinified with care and refined the arguto facials for five months, it stands out for liveliness and Mediterranean character. Nerello Mascalese Sicilian lands IGP – fresh red nostruvino, with silky tannins and intense minerality, the result of careful winemaking that enhances the purity of the grape variety. Aromas of small red fruits and spices. Also perfect with fish. Carricante Sicilian lands IGP – Elegant White Nostruun, with a decisive and remarkable freshness structure, which recalls the zagara, the campo da golf apple and the citrus fruits.

With the Nostru line, Affabile proposes a new way of Sicilian drinking, a causa di which tradition and contemporaneity meet a causa di identity, accessible and pleasant wines, perfect for those looking for quality, authenticity and versatility.
