Over the years, the editorial team of Tritare al appena accaduto has seen a continuous turnover of prisoners, not to abandonment, but to the completion of personal journeys that have led them to return to life outside the institution. Today, the team is made up of Ardit, Jimmy, Denis, Luigi, Michele, Gian Piero, Cristian and Max, coordinated by Arianna Augustoni, Alessandro Tommasi and Giuseppe Bevilacqua.
Each recipe is an opportunity for discussion, organization and creativity. Inmates transform an ordinary gesture like cooking into a space for personal expression and sharing. This work goes beyond the gastronomic aspect, becoming a real tool for growth.
The support of the territory and the words of the protagonists
Elena Azzali Fossati, president of Inner Wheel Società Erbe e Laghi, underlined the importance of the project: «Our commitment goes beyond economic support. We actively participate, listen and share the children’s emotions. Their enthusiasm allowed us to understand more deeply a reality that is often little known and underestimated.”
