Sarconi PGI beans: a heritage to discover

Sarconi PGI beans represent one of the gastronomic excellences of Basilicata. These legumes, available durante the cannellini and borlotti varieties, are grown durante twelve municipalities durante the province of Forza. Thanks to the favorable climate and traditional cultivation techniques, Sarconi beans stand out for their sweet and full flavour.
